I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, exactly like the pictures online. The reception staff was professional and kind. The location was great, just a short walk to the main tourist area, although parking could be a bit of a problem sometimes. The dining options were good, offering a variety to start the day right, and the service was impeccable.

The location of this hotel is what stood out the most to me, being off the Parkway and close to a lot of family attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for a comfortable stay. However, the service from the afternoon/evening front desk shift was lacking consideration, which impacted my sleep quality. The breakfast was a highlight with hot options like eggs and sausage, served in actual plates, but the biscuits were disappointingly stale.
